Please read these terms carefully before using our marketplace

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Storiva (“the Marketplace,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Storiva is a software marketplace where you can browse, purchase, download, and activate software products. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully before making any purchases.
2. Eligibility
To purchase software and use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding purchase agreements
- Not be prohibited from making online purchases under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to purchase and download software. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it when necessary to keep your account information current.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- All purchases and activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not sharing your account, license keys, or login credentials with others
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, share license keys, or misuse our platform. Previously purchased licenses remain valid according to their terms.
4. Purchases and Payments
4.1 Pricing and Currency
Software prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or USD depending on your location. All prices include applicable VAT/taxes. Prices may vary based on license type (Personal, Professional, Commercial). Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- SSLCommerz - bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and other local payment methods
4.3 Payment Processing and Security
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz). We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total.
4.4 Order Confirmation and Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing: download links for your software, license key(s), activation instructions, and a digital receipt. Software is delivered instantly via email and your account dashboard.
4.5 Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We may contact you to resolve payment issues. You may attempt the purchase again with a different payment method.
5. Software Licenses
5.1 License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the software according to the terms specified for that product. Each software product has its own End User License Agreement (EULA) that you must accept during installation.
5.2 License Types
- Personal License: For individual, non-commercial use on 1-2 devices
- Professional License: For freelancers and professionals, up to 5 devices
- Commercial License: For businesses, unlimited devices, team usage
Check each product page for specific license terms and device limits.
5.3 License Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by your license type, you may not:
- Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
- Share license keys or account access with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Exceed the device activation limits for your license type
5.4 Lifetime Access and Updates
“Lifetime access” means you can use the purchased software version indefinitely at no additional cost. You will receive free updates (bug fixes, improvements, new features) for the lifetime of the product. Support duration varies by license type (see product details).
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
6.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@storiva.com
- Include your order number and reason for refund (optional)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6.3 Refund Exclusions
Refunds may be denied if:
- Request is made after the 30-day period
- You have violated the license terms or these Terms of Service
- You have shared or distributed the license key
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
6.4 Post-Refund Access
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must cease using the software. You are expected to uninstall the software from all devices.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by Storiva or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7.2 Software Products
Software products sold on our Platform are owned by their respective vendors. Each product's intellectual property rights remain with the vendor.
7.3 Trademarks
“Storiva” and our logo are trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with the security features of the Platform
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in any form of automated data collection (scraping, bots)
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Share or distribute software licenses illegally
- Use the Platform to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Software vendors are responsible for their products. We are not liable for issues with third-party software sold on our Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storiva shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from software purchased on the Platform
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific product
- Issues caused by third-party payment processors
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storiva, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us at legal@storiva.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.3 Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on the Platform
- Updated “Effective Date” at the top of this page
Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of refund policies
- Harassment of other users or staff
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Software licenses already purchased remain valid unless revoked for cause.
